Reserve Vidal Blanc, 2023
The Reserve Vidal Blanc is a late harvest version of our Vidal Blanc planted on Mid Pisgah block. By allowing the grapes to further ripen on the trellis the reserve Vidal develops different characteristics giving us a different interpretation of the grape. Grown on a GDC trellis system that allows these large vines to spread and create balance. Leaving 150 Case Production. Crest of the Blue Ridge AVA.
