We are excited to announce our second vintage of Reserve Gruner Veltliner! This vintage spent 4 months aging neutral French oak. Neutral oak which is a traditional Austrian wine-making technique. This allows microoxygenation to take place in the wine, highlighting the natural characteristics of the grape that does not always shine through in stainless steel. Destem to press, cold settled for 7 days.
