Grüner Veltliner, 2024

Our 2024 Gruner Veltliner, Crest of the Blue Ridge AVA, is our six vintage all harvested from our lower Pisgah block. This year’s vintage our winemaker Justin calls our “Varietal” Gruner with 184 cases produced. Clean, crisp, and a perfect addition to any occasion. Green in color with notes of green tea, grass, pepper, pears and apple.

"Planted in 2016 in the lower Pisgah block. Dry, fermented in stainless steel and estate bottled in April 2025. 184 case production. Single block varietal. The grapes are cane pruned and trained on a Single Vine Position (SVP)Trellis system. This vinifera is grown primarily in Austria and ripens mid-October. Grüner Veltliner is a new varietal in North Carolina.”
