Our famous, award-winning hybrid grape grown on our Double Geneva Curtain (GDC)trellis system in the middle Pisgah block. A cross between a Chardonnay and Seyval. 161 cases produced. Notes of stone fruit, golden raisin, honeysuckle, apricot and wet stone. Crest of the Blue Ridge AVA.

Chardonel , an American hybrid grape, is a cross between Seyval and Chardonnay. The grapes are grown on a Geneva Double Curtain (GDC) Trellis system. This trellis allows the vigorous vines to achieve balance and produce superior grapes.”
