2026 San Franciso Chronicle Wine Competition Gold Medal winner! A single varietal gem, this North Carolina wine embodies Crest of the Blue Ridge's essence. Blending two blocks from the east and west of the Eastern Continental divide. 50% harvested from the Pisgah block and 50% harvested from the Tryon block. 20% of the of the Pisgah block was whole cluster fermentation. The nose entices with rose, thyme, cola, and cherry cobbler. A captivating experience for immediate delight and promising evolution.

Our grapes are cane pruned and trained on a Single Vine Position (SVP)Trellis system. The grape originated in Bordeaux, France, and is one of the two parents of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Medoc.”
