"At Marked Tree Vineyard Chloe Rose is a dry blend of Lemberger and Muscat Ottonel. This blend is first made with 66% Lemberger using the Saignee’ method where a portion of free run juice does not come in contact with the grape skins. Next the wine is blended with 33% Muscat Ottonel and fermented in oak barrels. 100 Case production. Lemberger planted in 2016 followed by Muscat Ottonel in 2018, caned pruned and trained on Single Vine Position(SVP)Trellis system.”
