Chloe Rosé , 2024

The 2024 vintage of Chloe Rose’, Crest of the Blue Ridge AVA, has a varietal composition of: 46% Lemberger, 30% Cabernet Franc, 24% Muscat Ottonel. Harvested from our Upper Pisgah Block and produced using the Saignee method, barrel fermented. Notes of citrus blossom, strawberries, peach skin, green papaya and tea rose.

"At Marked Tree Vineyard the 2023 Chloe Rose is a dry blend of Cab Granc and Muscat Ottonel. This blend is first made with 66% Cab Franc using the Saignee’ method where a portion of free run juice does not come in contact with the grape skins. Next the wine is blended with 33% Muscat Ottonel and fermented in oak barrels. 100 Case production. Cab Franc planted in 2016 followed by Muscat Ottonel in 2018, caned pruned and trained on Single Vine Position(SVP)Trellis system.”
